Decree Law on Support in the Official Journal

It was published in the Official Gazette DL 27 January 2022 n. 4 which provides "Urgent measures in support of businesses and economic operators, labor, health and territorial services, related to the emergency from COVID-19, and for the containment of the effects of price increases in the electricity sector.

The decree includes a series of measures to combat high energy prices, such as a reduction in system charges for the first quarter of 2022 for users with available power of 16.5 kW or more, and an extraordinary contribution in the form of a tax credit for energy-intensive companies.
