Thanks to Tera already recovered 2,586,000 euros for provincial surtaxes

In early 2020, Tera announced the possibility of requesting a refund of provincial surtaxes from electricity suppliers, following the Supreme Court ruling that deemed the application of provincial surtaxes incompatible, prior to their abolition.

The success of our initiative is tangible: to date, 42 first instance judgments have been issued upholding our clients' claims, enabling them to recover a total sum of 2,586,000 euros. Despite resistance from some suppliers, who have filed objections, the Court of Appeals has also consistently upheld the validity of our claims.

The initiative promoted by Tera is an important tangible sign of the value and effectiveness of our commitment to protecting the interests of our clients; an ongoing commitment that has always been a hallmark of our mission.
