Today, Tera is among the first and most accredited consultants in proposing a highly specialized continuous support service in the setting up, verification and technical-regulatory adaptation necessary for the management of the complex tasks related to T DCs(Closed Distribution Systems) and RIUs (Internal User Networks).

Over the years, Tera has enabled its customers to qualify as "TDC Operator" in compliance with the terms of the regulations and ensuring full regulatory compliance with the requirements of regulated and market bodies(CSEA, Terna, AU, ARERA).

Tera's activity was also fundamental for drawing up and signing Transport Contracts with Dispatching Users after having determined the relative Distribution Tariffs, thus ensuring the collection of measurements for the calculation and generation of invoices also by means of specific software based on new artificial intelligence algorithms and in compliance with the obligations laid down by the TISDC in relation to communications to the IIS (Integrated Information System).

Tera's support includes all functional activities to ensure the correct management of the System, meeting regulatory requirements and the need to optimize time and internal resources of the System operator. Among the activities carried out:

  • the monthly calculation, in accordance with the provisions of the TISDC, of the transmission, measurement, distribution and general system charges to be invoiced to the sales companies supplying the withdrawal users connected to the TDC;
  • the management of measurement data and the production of xml paths for uploading to the Single Buyer Integrated Information System;
  • the monthly calculation of the amounts to be paid by the TDI operator to CSEA in relation to general system charges(Asos, Arim, UC3 and UC6);
  • monthly generation of transport invoices in xml format to any UdDs and those to end customers according to the 2.0 billing standard;
  • management of any disputes and relations with Dispatching Users;
